Shipping policy

Pre Orders:

If any of your items are on pre-order please allow approximately 10 working days for your order to be shipped from the pre order date states. This excludes weekends and any bank/public holidays.

Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

We kindly ask you to avoid emailing about your order until the above time frames have passed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

We use Royal Mail to ship your order. Our carriers are delivering more packages than ever and may experience delays.

Please see below estimated pricing and delivery timeframes to be calculated and confirmed at checkout:

United Kingdom:

- First Class (1-3 business days) – £5.00
- Standard (2-4 business days) - £3.55

Europe:

- Standard (2-11 business days) - £13.00

Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email (if you provided an email address) containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note once we ship your order we only have access to the same tracking information. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

Redmane Golf is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

These fees vary for each country, so please check your own countries’ rates before purchasing.

Please do not refuse the delivery of your order. Unfortunately, if you refuse your delivery, then this will incur a cost of the original delivery fee, plus the fee it costs for us at to have it returned. Any refund our team makes will be minus the total delivery fee and the fee we pay to have it returned in the case of refused delivery.

Damages:

Redmane Golf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Redmane Golf is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will do our best to assist in locating your package, but ultimately, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the safe delivery of their order.
